13:24: Ron: Going Silver is work. You are “joining the club” when you do the work and not have your upline give it to you. It is a process. You have many benefits once you go Silver. Not everyone gets to Silver. Once you do, you get confidence that you can do it again.

18:15: Ron: Silver is a decision. Once you make that decision it is both fun and scary at the same time.
