00:48: Vivian: I did a WOW on the front desk clerk. I told my husband to go away until I was done. I wasn’t sure how to follow up.

1:37: Ron: You brought your oils so tell her that you can give her an AT even on a chair on her back.

02:58: Mary Jane: The WOW gets comfortable. You have a new toy and you are letting them play with it.

04:24: Ron: Send her an e-mail to follow up with her. Do a show and smell with her.
