28:51: Jen Whetsell: By knowing that a 100PV order makes them a "business" in doTerra's eyes, they'll understand without your having to push them to do an LRP.
29:53 Ron: Some people hate the back office and they don’t understand that so we have to help them and keep things simple and tell them the number for doTerra’s customer support number.
32:00: Question: What is the best way to support a Builder who is working a full-time job and has no time to build?
34:17: Question: She has thirty customers who are enrolled and they are placing small money orders and the need to restructure her business for the Power of Three.
35:39: Ron: place some small orders under people to get them some money. This wakes people up.
37:46: Ron: Keep enrolling and keep sponsoring, your team grows and it will work in your favor due to the uni-level commissions make a huge difference.

39:37: Ron: You must build relationships. I cannot overemphasize this, upline and downline both.
41:46: Ron: You must start a sentence with the words, “I feel…” if you can’t it is not from the heart.
43:19: Jenn Foltz: Question about gifting people. I felt hurt that I heard about gifting people from Ron, not my upline. How do you tell downline about possibly gifting people from you?
46:14: Ron: Go over the compensation plan with your downline to show them how gifting people words so when they are ready, you can gift someone. Use my Powerpoint presentation to tell them about the compensation plan.
47:50: Ron: Emily has you on her Diamond watch list. When you can go to your downline and encourage them you need to do this.
50:43: Ron: The best gift you will get out of this business is personal growth.
