On January 16, 2020, the Federal Trade Commission took aggressive action against a small network marketing company called Success by Health, the owner Jay Noland, his wife and two company executives…Scott Harris and Tommy Sacca… and related subsidiaries.
The four people mentioned above had their assets frozen… and the business “temporarily” halted. This disruption in business is being questioned in the response listed above.
